The IT Certification Council is made up of some of the largest companies in IT – HP, IBM, Cisco and Microsoft just to name a few. In 2007, the ITCC was born out of the need for collaboration and sharing among IT certification programs, as the issues facing these certification programs are different from other credentialing organizations.
